The Universidad de los Andes School of Management was created in 1972 aiming to educate and train leaders capable of creating, analyzing, transforming and developing private, public and social organizations in Colombia and other countries around the globe.

The achievement of this objective has led the School of Management to develop an offer of undergraduate, graduate and doctorate programs and executive education which are characterized by their high academic quality, prominent teachers’ expertise and graduates acknowledgement.

Excellence and high quality standards of the School of Management at Universidad de los Andes have allowed it to obtain the most important recognitions at the national and international level.

At the international level, the School of Management has obtained and endorsed continuously the accreditations of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) from the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), and of the Association of MBAs (AMBA) for the MBA program. These three accreditations, known as “the Triple Crown”, are considered the ones of the highest global relevance and recognition, which locate the School of Management in the 1% of the most prestigious business schools in the world. Such characteristic represents advantages for students and graduates because of the experience of structured learning through relevant curricula, international recognition of the academic programs, access to the labor market, relations and partnerships with public, private and social organizations; and international agreements with different universities of the world.

Furthermore, the School of Management belongs to different international networks both at academic and organizational levels which offer their students constant exposure to the dynamics of knowledge generation in leading edge topics and relationships with the public and private sectors.
